I don't have self-control at all and this is affecting my studies and self-esteem and I feel guilty afterwards. What can I do to fix it?

  1. Challenge yourself:— Yes. The exactly challenge yourself daily a little bit. Step-by-step. Why? Because challenges we love to take and win. Like do you have play any online game. What happens when you play it alone. And what happens when you play with another company. When are you give your best. Right! With the other one. That's why challenge help us. But we should start it step-by-step. Slowly-slowly. Because our mind like to win. So whenever you win your brain activity empower you more to take more challenges.
  2. Write down your challenges and stick it to a wall. Where you visit a lot. It will help you in memorizing your challenges daily. And when ever you see that you think to do it .
  • Make your daily schedule a day before. And try to act like the same. As you can use your time properly.
  • Journal yourself daily in the end of the day. And asked questions like what were the berriers? Why they come in your path? What your contribution in making them? And try to write your answer with your true intention. And you will find that your most of the problems have been vanished.
  • And again make a suitable challenge schedule chart. Every 15 days later.
  • Try not to say to that's work. Which are not in your priorities list. Like unwanted -un-inmportened works. No matter how hard it is. It will make you.

  1. Sit quietly at a peaceful place and take water sufficiently.
  2. Take a long breath and now concentrate on your words.

  4. And when you find yourself silent.
  5. Get-up.
  6. Try to smile.
  7. And now visit new places. Where you haven't gone. It's help you.
  8. Listen songs (sad-songs) which after sometime brings positive energy in you
  9. Take positive energy by taking healthy diet and healthful jogging-exercise.
  10. Ignore sugar and bulshits.
  11. Take sunlight.
  12. Learn New skills. Engaged yourself what the things you love to do.
  13. Meditate.
  14. Journal yourself daily. Ask questions? And write them down with your hand own. And you will find the solutions simply.
  15. Talk to your friends and family.
  16. Watch motivational Stories and listen podcasts that inspired.
  17. Have a healthy sleep.
  18. And now smile after a long time. You got yourself back to yourself. That's the biggest asset and present you can get.
