Anger:- That state of life or that phase of life which is too much hated ๐ or neglected.
But, we do most of the time.
We all told to not to anger.
But, is it right to be softer for everyone, everytime.

This question's answer depend on situation that why you anger? And when you anger?
To, stay angry ๐ always is always ๐ฏwrong. And it's also decrease our health.
And to anger on everything , and every silly things.

2. Breathe deeply.
3. Get out of that situation.
4. Walk away.
5. Learn psychology.
6. Walk on grass barefooted in the morning.
7. Introspect yourself just for 5 minutes in a day.
8. Know what's make you anger.
9. Try to be grateful ๐.
10. Be kind with yours. No, matter what the situation is.
