Well ! I don't know . 

But here i am going to talk about two small but impectful habits.

  • The first one is breathing. 
  • And second one is smiling. 
Well ! Why i am talking about it, it's common and already known.  
Then coz, you know many things about yourself but their is still something to know amd to implement.  

Like that here this topic is looking normal but it can change you forever. 

Let's move forward:-
Breathing :- 
                          A common and automatically happening process. But, can you stay without it.
No; off-course not. 
You must have seen patients in I.c.u and not in real than in t.v. What happens to them, thay asked to wear oxygen mask. Right.

And what the problems have to face the man after recovering from that. You can know. Or if you have face then relate. 

So, if you wanting to stay away from this then start giving focus on your breathing. 

You have seen many Saints and yoga gurus performing this process and telling the people's to do so. 

Why ?
Coz it's always be with us. 24/7.

What are the benefits to concentrate on breathing :- 
  • It's increase your concentration. 
  • Help you to remain  calm.
  • Makes you more satisfying 😌  and happy.
  • Outside things-happenings don't disturb you easily. 
  • You gain good vibes.
  • You become more good observer. 
How to get it:- 

  •  Wake up early and open your both hands and have a smile on face and try to breathe deeply.
  • Perform yoga tips. 
  • Never miss.
  • Have a walk of at-least five minutes in nature bare footed in grass. 
  • Sitting in right position. 
  • Taking spaces.

When you laugh for just one minute it's revive your cells and make you stress free.

How to get it :- 
  • Take a long breathe hold it for some time and now exhale it and see what's happen.
  • Remember the problem you have created is in your brain not in real.
  • Walk in nature. 
  • Take sunlight. 
  • Eat dark chocolate. 
  • Stay away from sugar. 
  • Write down your happenings.
  • Observer your nature.
  • Drink more water
  • Keep going.
