How to improve communicational skill?

 For communication development you can use these short tips like:-

  1. Read at least a book in a month. You can listen them too. Why ? Because how much words you have in yourself that much confident you are. You have a lot of messages and knowledge about everything around you, so when you asked to speak, you can easily speak out. Because a beggar can't distribute but a owner can, coz he have.
  2. Try abbreviations like:- i am the best. I can. I will. It's seems weird but it's work. Coz the world is made of energies as you know so what kind of energy you spread you get. And understand you are your first and forever supporter.
  3. Try mirroring. Try to speak by seeing in mirror 🪞. It's give you a little push in the field of speaking.
  4. Try to make a video while telling a story in mirror. By which you can cross-check yourself. Your faults-yours weakness. And try to make him fit.
  5. Start speaking in your family- friends by seeing into theirs eyes. After that keep growing your audience and your fear to fight that.
  6. Write down your all weaknesses what you think is your weakness. And try to remove it as soon as it possible.
  7. Celebrate the little wins 🏆 it's give you momentum.
  8. And like always try to make your innerself calm coz what will you have that will you give. For this you can meditate 🧘‍♀️. Exercise. Or get out to a long walk. Meditate must.
  9. Have a confidence that nothing is perfect, love your imperfection. And try to be more goid not to be perfect. Try to be better. Coz when you think about perfection you will hesitate to start. But when you think to be more better you take actions.



In discussion and fight you can use these little tricks:-

  1. Ask questions.
  2. Try to be silent.
  3. Take a deep breathe.
  4. Or you can count from 14 to 1.
  5. Don't react so soon.
  6. Have a healthy eye contact.
  7. Don't laugh but keep a little smile 😊.
  8. Get out as soon as possible from that situation.
  9. We brave to take negative comments or keep it in your mind that opponent must say something bad to me, try to make me feel shame or downwards. Which make you help to make you a little lot anger.
  10. After that moment try to forget and forgive that person. And try to never talk about that again.
  • And remember we all are humans and we all are not perfect. Most is trying to make one-another down than him/her. But not Everyone.
