- Watch entertaining movies and videos.
- Keep your work updated 👍 it will help you to control your stress and worries which make you stay away from being angry very soon or quickly.
- Beings in the moment. Will help you to understand and think before reacting too much fastly.
- Watching inspirational stories which help you to understand that your problem isn't the big one.
- Listening at least 2–3 your favorite songs 🎵 😌 .
