I am having a mental breakdown due to demotivation from people around me. No one acknowledges my hard work or preserverence. How can i fight these negative thoughts?
Answer :-
Remember people are not born for you and you are also not born coz to listen peoples.
Just keep it in your mind that you are also special and there's no need of another to make you realize. Coz only a goldsmith can define that it's gold or not. Not, not everyone is goldsmith. And no one going to help you to grow in this era. You have to do it for yourself.
Few steps to fight are :-
- Affirm that you are the best.
- Make a goal to focus. It's keep you engaged in your work. And make you escape from the people who are not like you. So, when you will be in the company of your same class and taste. There will be must you keep moving.
- Remember that people don't see practice it's only see results. Like people never see formation of diamonds they see diamonds π.
- Make a sun-shine box π¦ in which you will write what's your plus point are and see it when you feel stressed and low key. It's help you a lot.
- Listen music. What makes you entertain.
- Take sunlight it's help you to stay away from Stress.
- Exercise and meditation are required. It's good for your self health and confidence.
- Take less sugar.
- Understand that you live for only once. And keep it in your mind, it's make you uncomfortable and from that comes unstoppablity.
- Make sure to introspect yourself.
- Daily write ✍ your diary if not then your feelings which stopping you and introspect them that are they really problems or you are just making them.
