So as like what energy you sahre you get back to your life.

So here some tips to attract happiness 😊:-
  1. We calm 😌  from innerself. 
  2. Believe in God.
  3. Have faith in yourself. 
  4. Make yourself your best friend first.
  5. Don't expect too much.
  6. Keep a smile on your face a gentle one.
  7. Remember:- the time will pass no matter what the situation is bad or good. So try to build a confidence that you are capable to handle your emotions. No matter what the situation will or is.
  8. Stay grateful to god and the people and things around  you. No matter what the situation is.
  9. Wake up early 😴 and drink two glass of water. And keep yourself hydrated.  
  10. Watch joyful videos and movies.
  11. Listen to podcasts. 
  12. Exercise. For at least 40 minutes. 
  13. Take ray of sun 🌞. 
  14. Eat dark chocolate 🍫 sometimes. 
  15. Write the things in your diary for which you are grateful. 
  16. Take a long walk. 
  17. Have a cold bathe.
  18. Breathe heavily in morning for just 2 minutes. 
  19. Don't gossip.
  20. Don't balme anyone.
  21. Walk in pride.
  22. Sit in pride.
  23. Eat by taking interest.  Say thank you for the food.
  24. Write down the things which disturb you and go throw it in to dustbin 🗑  or burn 🔥 it.
  25. Say affirmations like i am the best, i am positive.  God is with me. I can, i will.
  26. Meditate 🧘‍♀️ 🧘‍♂️.  For just ten to 20 minutes daily. 
  27. Everything thing is fine. 
  28. This is life . Not good but still fair.
