So here some tips to attract happiness 😊:-
- We calm 😌 from innerself.
- Believe in God.
- Have faith in yourself.
- Make yourself your best friend first.
- Don't expect too much.
- Keep a smile on your face a gentle one.
- Remember:- the time will pass no matter what the situation is bad or good. So try to build a confidence that you are capable to handle your emotions. No matter what the situation will or is.
- Stay grateful to god and the people and things around you. No matter what the situation is.
- Wake up early 😴 and drink two glass of water. And keep yourself hydrated.
- Watch joyful videos and movies.
- Listen to podcasts.
- Exercise. For at least 40 minutes.
- Take ray of sun 🌞.
- Eat dark chocolate 🍫 sometimes.
- Write the things in your diary for which you are grateful.
- Take a long walk.
- Have a cold bathe.
- Breathe heavily in morning for just 2 minutes.
