Why anger and irritation is so common now?

 Before we get involved into this question's answer let's know, that what is anger and irritation mean?

  •  Anger 😡 :- 
                             Anger is an emotion that tells the others that we are not satisfied with the behavior of his/her or anything another reason.   And we cannot control it. More than this limit.

  •  Irritation 😒 :- 
                                 Irritation is a situation where we feel uneasy and discomfort. With anything you can relate to i.e. the sound, the color, the person, the vegetables.

  • Why anger and irritation is so common nowadays? 
.Ans:-   It is done coz of a sudden change in our day to day life circumstances. They are given below:- 

  1. Technology revolution.  You have experienced this that how a decade or less than a decade the change made by Ambani in internet world. Has deeply and strongly make us more fast in gathering informations. This thing has changed a lot. Now we daily consume a lot of content which our mind can't store. Which make our mind uncomfortable.  And when mind become uncomfortable then we get the result like anger, irritation. 
  2. Change in food change:-  How fastly the McDonald's-burger king-kfc, has spread that fastly our food change has effected. And a sudden change of unhealthy and oily food had disbalance our life totally. Now how much fastly we eat them that much fastly our stomach can't digest and store so it also make him irritated 😤.  And that make us irritated. 
  3. Eastern lifestyle:- you have seen that how fastly we are accepting eastern culture.  That much fastly we are getting to anxiety-anger-depression. Why coz party all night 🌙 has effected us. Eating fast food is decreasing us. 
  4. Neglected to indian culure :- how much fastly we have accept the Easter culture that much fastly we are neglected our own culture.  Which is joined with us from thousands of decades and a ton of centuries.  But we don't know the worship we do- the bell we ring- the prayer we do- the fast we keep- the inoculate we do. Make us calm and clean us. But, the way we are neglected it it's affecting us. 
  5. Not connected with nature:- as we know that nature do it's wotk silently like that to stay in contact with that keep us calm and healthy. 
Many others reasons are there .

But for cure.
  •  You must start meditation and yoga. 
  • And try to change your diet. 
  • And don't use non veg a lot. 
  • Don't consume a lot of content.
  •   Go talk with your family.
  •  Saty i  nature just for ten minutes. 
  • Take cold bath.
  •  Breath heavily. 
  • Take sunlight. 
  • Keep yourself hydrated.
