But if you use it correctly it can be worthy to you and if you don't use it correctly it can be harmful to you...

But you should know how to protect someone from your anger. It will be one of the biggest asset of your life. It can bring best people near you. And make the people understand that you are a loyal person. And anger also show your manners and sacraments. So it is the most powerful emotions to tackle or control.

  1. Get out from that place and separate yourself from that aggressive talking.

And after sometime talk about that quarrel and you will find that you and your quarrel partner will be ashaming on the quarrel. As you can not be bad or your relationship will not spoil at all.
  4. At the quarrel time try not to speak until it's necessary. And take a deep breath and let the air come in and go out. And let your focus flow there. As you will become calm and observer. You have now the control on you also and on the situation also.
  5. At the most weak moment. Don't see in the eyes of the enemy. It will only make him-her more angry.
