Whenever you stay hungry. You feel disturbed and when you stay disturb it's became uneasy to focus on any work and when you are not focusing on any work and try to focus. You get lack success in your work or not at-all also. Which makes you more angry 😡.
Lack of self control and awareness.
Whenever you have lack of self awareness about yourself. Anyone can make you angry 😡 easily by telling you sometimes bad in any profession and work. And you easily get distracted by that person because you don't know who you really are?

This one can be more dangerous for us. Whenever we take anyone opinion personal. This hurt us truely.
