Because they acknowledge that work is more important than gossiping.
And on another side most of people do gossiping.
They think that most people are not good and are not of their field. And they can be the reason of their barriers by giving negative advice and thoughts. And can also waste their precious time in gossiping and doing another works, which are not important. And aslo not required for the work.
They thinks a-lot. That's why they love to stay alone so that no one can harm their thinking productivity.
